Corrective Action: On Wednesday July 28, 2010, BPDFamily sent out a routine e-mail newsletter to a list of inactive members. New software was utilized. While the outgoing e-mail address were encoded and private, anyone who responded to the newsletter had their e-mail address disclosed to all of the other subscribers on the mailing list.
