The main trait of borderline personality disorder (BPD) is a pervasive pattern of instability in interpersonal relationships, self-image and emotions. This instable pattern of interacting with others often has destructive implications on the family, the parents and the children in particular; and on partners in marriages or other love relationships (i.e., lesbian, gay, heterosexual). This web site is dedicated to support these individuals and families as they journey through recovery, therapy, and self analysis. Borderline personality disorder is also known as Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD), Emotional Dysregulation Disorder, and Dérégulation émotionnelle.
